The search for the ideal kick and glide material is as old as Pine Tar. Rough enough to grip the snow and smooth enough to glide. In other words, a substitute for wax. The Atomic World Cup Multi is a no wax ski with Nomex core and Worldcup construction. A chemical base no wax ski -- the wax is replaced by a sticky rubber-like material used in race car tires. The fit is critical -- minimize the drag and this is a FAST ski. (See above for the restricting conditions.
