This is not wax, it is a liquid fluoropolymer which is easy to apply. It is very slippery stuff. The lowest coefficient of friction of any ski prep we have ever tested.
Applied to bare sintered P-Tex, it penetrates the material by capillary attraction. It is durable and wax can be applied over.
Test data suggests it is an excellent training preparation for a broad range of conditions. A little bit goes a long way -- four or five drops will prep a new pair of skis.
