The new hydrocarbon hot wax was developed for the basic preparation of new bases. It displays excellent flow and penetration properties, which means that it is extremely easy to work with.
A small amount of molybdenum is mixed into this new wax, which helps to renew worn-out, oxidzed and stressed bases.
This wax is often ironed in as an initial coat for layering other waxes.
