Salomon's skate ski returns with a new Nomex core, a carbon power plate and a modified Type C pressure distribution. The same arrowhead shape and long tail pressure makes a fast hard track ski. Zeolit additive in carbon base improves wax absorption and retention. Skate edge stability varied from 9.2 to 9.4 and flat ski dropped to 9.4. The change in location seems related to toe pressure. At the optimum binding location, this is a very fast ski -- if you are off a bit, it skids. Note: Binding location is critiical. Weight: 1006 gm; 41/43/42/44
				SRG Test Summary General: Emphasis is on tracking stability. Long contact and torsional stiffness yields straight running, hard track skate ski. Glide: 9.75 - 9.7 -- depending on track. Stability: Best hard track numbers.
